Welcome to Fish Escape. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Sarthak Manchanda ("we", "us"), the operator of the Fish Escape puzzle game at fishescapegame.com. By accessing or playing the game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Fish Escape is a free-to-play puzzle game. You may play it for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree to use the game only in lawful ways and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to break, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the game, its servers, or other players' data.
The game is intended for a general audience. If you are a minor under the law of your country, you should use Fish Escape only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the game you confirm you are legally able to agree to these Terms.
Fish Escape is kept free through advertising served by Google AdSense and its partners. By using the free version of the game you agree that ads may be shown to you. How advertising cookies work, and how to control them, is explained in our Privacy Policy. Players who purchase an ad-free option will not be shown these ads.
The game offers optional paid items, such as removing ads, unlocking level packs, or buying hints. Prices are shown before you buy. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; we do not receive or store your full card or bank details.
Because digital items are delivered and unlocked immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where an item was not delivered due to a technical fault on our side. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at sarthak@smartdietplanner.com and we will look into it in good faith.
The Fish Escape name, logo, artwork, level designs, code, and all other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the game without our written permission. You may share links to the game freely.
Your progress and settings are stored on your device. Clearing your browser data, switching devices or browsers may reset your progress. We are not responsible for lost progress, and we recommend not relying on the game for storage of anything important.
Fish Escape is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, for entertainment only. We do not guarantee that the game will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
The game and website may link to third-party services (such as Google, our payment processor, or social platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use Fish Escape after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any rights you have under mandatory local consumer law, any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
